My eco cloths don't stay white after using them. Does that inhibit it's effectiveness?

Not at all. The eco cloths will continue to provide the safest and most effective way of cleaning. If you wish, you may wash them with bleach. See HERE our cleaning instructions.

Can I use these to clean my leather shoes?

The Eco cloths are safe for cleaning your leather goods. Please adhere to normal leather care as the eco cloth will only remove outer surface dust and small amounts of dirt.

Can I use the eco cloth on my stainless steel appliances if I used cleaning chemicals before?

Since cleaning chemicals can leave an invisible film on the surface. We suggest you remove the film before using our microfiber cloth. To remove, please wash the surface with a different non-abrasive cloth and warm water. Let it dry. Then you may use your Crystal Clean Eco Cloth to make your appliances "Crystal" clean and chemical-free.

Can I use the Crystal Clean Eco Cloth on TV and computer screens?

Yes you can. The cloth is non-abrasive and the cloth will leave a "Crystal Clean" surface.

Make sure you wash Crystal Clean Eco Cloth often while you clean to remove dirt and dust build-up on the cloth before your next cleaning task.

How long will the Crystal Clean Eco Cloth cloth last?

If you apply the proper care and follow our "Caring For the Eco Cloth" guide, each cloth should last up to 500 wash or 5 years.

Do I need to wash the Crystal Clean Eco Cloth before I use it for the first time?

Yes, we suggest washing it before using it. Wash only with cold or warm water and dish soap, and it will be ready to be used right away.

Does it clean oil and grease?

Yes. Afterwards, please wash your cloth with hot or warm water and oil and grease will disappear.

Can I use the Crystal Clean Eco Cloth to clean my car?

Yes you can and you will be amazed by the results. Works wonders on glass, chrome, and car interiors.

Can I use any chemical glass cleaners with the cloth?

No. We suggest not to use any chemical product. Chemicals can damage the cloth. The cloth is meant to be used with water only. Do not use chemicals or softeners.

Does it remove bacteria from the surface?

Yes. It is proven to remove 99% of bacteria and is also hypoallergenic and environmentally safe.
